1. Active Equalization and Balancing Systems

In standard low-cost batteries, minor voltage mismatches among cells rapidly compound, resulting in premature pack failure. Our systems feature an active equalizer integrated directly inside the BMS. By constantly transferring charge from higher-voltage cells to lower-voltage cells, the capacity deviation is held below 2%, boosting overall cycle retention over a 10-year period.
